If 14 days have passed since the shipment tracking shows it was received, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a refund request is placed we will request images of the issues with the received product. After inspection and agreement upon a full refund Canadian customers will be given a Canada Post link to fill out their information and receive a shipping label. Returns coming from other countries may be required to pay the return shipping but those arrangements can be made when we are contacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank.
